WisWit, fotoğraflarınızın içinden yeni kadrajlar bulan bir fotoğraf uygulaması ve isteğe bağlı bir fotoğraf topluluğudur. Uygulamayı Mavi Piksel geliştirir ve bu politikadaki verilerin sorumlusudur. İletişim: privacy@wiswit.app.

Kısaca

• Uygulamayı hesapsız kullanabilirsiniz. O zaman fotoğraflarınız cihazınızdan çıkmaz.

Hesapsız kullanım

Kadraj önerileri, efektler ve ayarlar telefonunuzda hesaplanır. Seçtiğiniz fotoğraf hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Düzenlemeye sonra devam edebilmeniz için fotoğrafın bir kopyası ve ayarlarınız yalnızca uygulamanın cihazdaki alanında tutulur. Bunları Gizlilik ve destek → Düzenleme geçmişini sil ile silebilirsiniz. Kaydettiğiniz her fotoğraf yeni bir dosyadır ve konum gibi meta veriler ona eklenmez.

Android: Fotoğraftaki kişileri ve nesneleri cihazda tanımak için Google ML Kit kullanılır. ML Kit fotoğrafınızı göndermez. Google'ın beyanına göre çalışmasını ölçmek için Google'a teknik teşhis verisi gönderir: cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü, performans ölçüleri, hata kodları ve kurulum tanımlayıcıları. Ayrıntılar: developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure. iOS'ta tanıma Apple'ın cihazdaki Vision bileşeniyle yapılır.

Hesap açarsanız

• E-posta adresiniz: giriş kodunu göndermek ve hesabınızı tanımak için. Diğer kullanıcılara gösterilmez.
• Kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız ve isteğe bağlı profil fotoğrafınız: profilinizde herkese açıktır. Profil fotoğrafının meta verileri sunucuda silinir.
• Oturum kayıtları: güvenlik için oturumunuzla birlikte IP adresiniz ve cihaz/tarayıcı bilgisi tutulur.
• Google ya da Apple ile girerseniz: bu hizmetler bize adınızı ve e-posta adresinizi iletir. Google bunlara profil resminizin adresini de ekler. Apple'da e-postanızı gizlemeyi seçebilirsiniz. Şifrenizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz.
• Bildirimler: izin verirseniz telefonunuzun bildirim jetonunu ve dilini saklarız. Bildirimler Expo (650 Industries, ABD) ile, Android'de Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, iOS'ta Apple Push Notification Service üzerinden iletilir. Bildirim metni bu hizmetlerden geçer: kimin ne yaptığı, yorumun ya da mesajın ilk satırı. Mesaj isteklerinde metin gönderilmez. Bildirim türlerini Gizlilik ve destek → Bildirimler bölümünden, hepsini telefonunuzun ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz. Çıkış yaptığınızda telefonunuzun jetonu silinir.

WisWit'te paylaştıklarınız

Bir fotoğrafı yalnızca siz “WisWit'te paylaş” dediğinizde göndeririz. Gönderilenler: kırpılmış fotoğraf, isterseniz orijinal fotoğraf (Önce/Sonra için), açıklamanız, etiketleriniz, kullandığınız efektin adı ve kırpma bilgisi. Sunucu fotoğrafları yeniden kodlar. Konum, kamera ve tarih gibi meta veriler bu sırada silinir. Gönderiler, beğeni sayıları ve yorumlar herkese açıktır. Takip ettikleriniz ve takipçileriniz profilinizde görünür. Kaydettikleriniz yalnızca size görünür.

Mesajlar

Mesajlarınız ve mesajla gönderdiğiniz gönderiler sunucumuzda saklanır. Yalnızca siz ve konuştuğunuz kişi görebilir. Mesajlar uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Şikâyet edilen bir mesajı moderatörlerimiz inceleyebilir.

Şikâyet, engelleme ve moderasyon

Gönderileri, yorumları, mesajları ve kişileri şikâyet edebilir, kişileri engelleyebilirsiniz. Şikâyetleri elle inceleriz. Kurallara aykırı içerik gizlenebilir ya da kaldırılabilir, hesaplar askıya alınabilir.

Müstehcen içerik kontrolü: WisWit'te paylaştığınız fotoğraflar (kırpma ve paylaşmayı seçtiyseniz orijinal) ile profil fotoğrafınız, yayınlanmadan önce müstehcen içerik olup olmadığını anlamak için küçültülmüş bir kopya olarak Anthropic PBC'nin (ABD) görsel modeline gönderilir. Yalnızca bu kontrol için kullanılır; biz kopyayı saklamayız. Müstehcen bulunan fotoğraf yayınlanmaz ve silinir; şüpheli bulunanlar bir yönetici tarafından elle incelenir. Kontrol yalnızca paylaştığınız fotoğraflar içindir, telefonunuzda düzenlediğiniz fotoğraflar hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Verileriniz nerede?

Sunucumuz, veritabanımız ve fotoğraf depomuz Hetzner Online GmbH'nin Almanya'daki (Nürnberg) veri merkezindedir. Sitemize gelen trafik ağ güvenliği için Cloudflare üzerinden geçer. E-postalar kendi e-posta sunucumuzdan gönderilir. Bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Fotoğraflara yalnızca kısa süreli, imzalı bağlantılarla erişilir.

Neden işliyoruz?

Hesabınızı ve paylaşım özelliklerini sunmak için (sözleşmenin ifası). Güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi ve moderasyon için (meşru menfaat). Verilerinizi reklam ya da profil çıkarma için kullanmayız.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz?

Hesabınız durdukça saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde gönderileriniz, fotoğraflarınız, profil fotoğrafınız, yorumlarınız, beğenileriniz, takipleriniz, kaydettikleriniz, mesajlaşmalarınız ve oturumlarınız hemen silinir. Yaptığınız şikâyetler kimliğiniz çıkarılarak moderasyon kaydı olarak kalabilir.

Haklarınız

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkınız vardır. Profilinizi uygulamadan düzenleyebilir, hesabınızı Profil → ⚙︎ Gizlilik ve destek → Hesap → Hesabı sil ya da wiswit hesap silme sayfası ile silebilirsiniz. Yaş sınırı

Hesap açmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 13 yaşından küçük birine ait bir hesap fark edersek sileriz.

İzinler

Fotoğraflar: yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğrafı açmak ve kadrajınızı yeni bir fotoğraf olarak kaydetmek için. Kamera: yalnızca uygulamada fotoğraf çektiğinizde. Profil fotoğrafını telefonun kendi seçicisiyle seçersiniz. Bunun için galeri izni gerekmez.

Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse güncel hâli bu adreste yeni yürürlük tarihiyle yayımlanır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamada da bildiririz.

WisWit · Privacy Policy

WisWit is a photo app that finds new crops inside your photos, with an optional photo community. It is developed by Mavi Piksel, the controller of the data described here. Contact: privacy@wiswit.app.

In short

• You can use the app without an account; then your photos never leave your device.
• Our server only receives what you give us when you create an account, and the posts you choose to “Share on WisWit”.
• No advertising, no tracking, no analytics tools. We do not sell your data.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or on this page.

Without an account

Crop suggestions, effects and adjustments are computed on your phone. The photo you pick is not sent to any server. So you can continue an edit later, a copy of the photo and your settings are kept in the app's own storage on your device; delete them with Privacy & support → Delete edit history. Every photo you save is a new file, and metadata such as location is not added to it.

Android: people and objects are recognised on the device with Google ML Kit. ML Kit does not send your photo. According to Google, it sends technical diagnostics to Google to measure how it works: device model, OS and app version, performance metrics, error codes and installation identifiers. Details: developers.google.com/ml-kit/android-data-disclosure. On iOS, recognition uses Apple's on-device Vision framework.

If you create an account

• Your email address: to send sign-in codes and recognise your account. It is not shown to other people.
• Your username, display name and optional profile photo: public on your profile. The profile photo's metadata is removed on the server.
• Session records: for security, your IP address and device/browser details are kept with your session.
• If you sign in with Google or Apple: they give us your name and email address. Google also adds the address of your profile picture. With Apple you can choose to hide your email. We never see your password.
• Notifications: if you allow them, we keep your phone's notification token and language. Notifications are delivered through Expo (650 Industries, USA) and, on Android, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging or, on iOS, the Apple Push Notification Service. The notification text passes through these services: who did what, and the first line of a comment or message. Message requests carry no text. Turn kinds off in Privacy & support → Notifications, or all of them in your phone's settings. Signing out deletes your phone's token.

What you share on WisWit

A photo is sent only when you tap “Share on WisWit”. We receive the cropped photo, the original if you choose (for Before/After), your caption, tags, the name of the effect you used and the crop. The server re-encodes the photos, which removes metadata such as location, camera and time. Posts, like counts and comments are public. Who you follow and who follows you show on your profile. Your saved posts are visible only to you.

Messages

Your messages, and posts you send in messages, are stored on our server. Only you and the person you talk to can see them. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Our moderators may review a message that has been reported.

Reports, blocking and moderation

You can report posts, comments, messages and people, and block people. Reports are reviewed by hand. Content that breaks the rules may be hidden or removed, and accounts may be suspended.

Explicit-content check: the photos you share on WisWit (the crop and, if you chose to share it, the original) and your profile photo are sent, as a reduced copy, to the image model of Anthropic PBC (USA) before they are published, to find out whether they contain explicit content. They are used only for this check, and we do not keep the copy. A photo found explicit is not published and is deleted; doubtful ones are reviewed by hand by an administrator. The check covers only photos you share: photos you edit on your phone are never sent anywhere.

Where is your data?

Our server, database and photo storage run in Hetzner Online GmbH's data centre in Nuremberg, Germany. Traffic to our site passes through Cloudflare for network security. Emails are sent from our own mail server. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Photos are only reachable through short-lived signed links.

Why we process it

To provide your account and the sharing features (performance of a contract). For security, abuse prevention and moderation (legitimate interest). We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

How long we keep it

As long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your posts, photos, profile photo, comments, likes, follows, saved posts, conversations and sessions are deleted at once. Reports you made may remain as moderation records without your identity.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data and object to its processing. Edit your profile in the app; delete your account in Profile → ⚙︎ Privacy & support → Account → Delete account or on the account deletion page. For anything else: privacy@wiswit.app.

Age

You must be at least 13 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

Permissions

Photos: only to open the photo you pick and save your crop as a new photo. Camera: only when you take a photo in the app. You choose a profile photo with the phone's own picker, which needs no library permission.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date; important changes are also announced in the app.
